The Hakushu Distillery is located in the foothills of the Japanese alps, in the middle of a pine forest and the flavours of this single malt really echoes these origins. Very herby on the palate, with citrusy and grassy notes. A medley of green tastes with a core of smokiness running through, it makes a fresh, smooth whiskey that goes down oh so easy..!
