Awards a-plenty for this delicious treat of a Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is made using ambient yeasts during the ferment which provides a liveliness and earthiness that is extroverted in character and very much alive. It won Gold at the 2018 Sommelier Wine Awards and took home Silver Outstanding at the 2017 International Wine and Spirits Competition among its many many prestigious accolades.
The wine sees 10 months of barrel maturation which imparts a quenelle of creaminess to the otherwise razor-sharp and wild character of the wine. Best to be had young and fresh, but with a structure that’ll allow pleasurable development over the next 5 years. Get yours now!
