Shows at first a rather earthy nose, with bark and undergrowth bush aromas. It opens up with fresh bergamot and tangerine notes and then it develops a floral and balsamic character, with hints of linden and verbena flowers, rose and white pepper.
The palate is fresh and juicy, with precise notes of small berry fruit, pomegranate, and wild strawberries. The Serralunga influence leads to a mildly peaty finish, perfectly balanced by the polished, silky La Morra tannins.
