A great example of how to keep the green pepper character of Carménère under control and produce a lovely wine rather than a stalk smoothie.
The green pepper notes are beautifully subtle beneath a layer of red plum, blackberry, blueberry and black pepper. This depth of fruit, alongside supple tannins, work beautifully in this more restrained style of Carménère.
