Blank Bottle, Confessions of a White Glove chaser, Stellenbosch, South Africa, 2019 – SALE UNDER £30

This is a wine which hasn’t been made of late, the last vintage was the 2015 which I’m sure was none too shabby. This was described to me as the Rolls Royce of the red offering from Blank Bottle and it’s a delightful lifted, vibrant expression of Cabernet Sauvignon.

It’s 100% Cabernet from three parcels on the Helderberg Mountain (Stellenbosch). Freshly made blackberry jam, bramble, greengage, violet & smeared red lipstick ??
