Nicholas red is a Rhone Valley inspired festival of flavour with Syrah headlining alongside support from Carignan, Mourvedre, Grenache and Petite Sirah. All of which spends 24 months resting in old French oak barrels before bottling.
On the nose you’ll find expressions or ripe red fruits complemented by a dark chocolate character. This follows through on the palate with a complement of liquorice and dried herbs to boot. Let this little beauty open up in a decanter before serving then enjoy.
