A rich, yet refined English sparkling wine produced in a fantastic vintage. Our Classic Cuvée is the perfect companion for life’s memorable moments. The fruit destined for our Classic Cuvée 2014 is harvested by hand and whole-bunch pressed. Partial fermentation in the finest French oak casks, followed by long lees ageing for a minimum of 36 months, gives this wine additional richness, depth and complexity.

Tasting notes of baked apple and citrus fruits layered with toasty richness and a hint of truffle. Perfectly paired with Oysters, mussels, scallops in lemon butter.
