Which wines did we choose for Jean-Christophe Novelli? ?

If you’re wondering where we were on Friday evening, then wonder no more… We relocated our wine wisdom to 10 Castle Street for the night to orchestrate the wine pairing for their chef takeover event, hosted by “The Nation’s Favourite French Chef” himself, Jean-Christophe Novelli.

The multi Michelin star award winning chef collaborated with the team at 10 Castle Street to create an impressive 5 course menu. Each dish was then carefully paired with a wine from the Museum Wines collection. To give you some inspiration for your own wine-food pairing ventures, we thought we’d share the evening’s menu with you below. Novelli’s signature starter course with the Bulgarian red was possibly the favourite on the night!
