Simon Trepess takes over the Pizza Oven this Friday…

It looks like it’s going to be another scorcher this Friday so we’ve made sure that not only can you join us for a refreshing glass of rosé, cleansing local beers and ciders or a crisp, calming Gin & Tonic but also that the Pizza Oven will be fired up to keep you fed.

Special guest chef Simon Trepess formerly ran the kitchen at the King John Inn whilst it was owned by Alex and Gretchen Boon, the proprietors of 10 Castle Street where Simon was also Head Chef.

We’re open, as usual, from 6pm for drinks and pizzas will be served from 7pm though as we don’t take reservations we’d certainly advise an early arrival to ensure you get a seat on the terrace.
