Berry Bros Sparkling Wine
Sparkling Wine Extra Dry 0

This is a hugely successful marriage of Champagne elegance with the ripeness of Languedoc fruit from iconoclast and native Champenois Jean-Louis Denois; Our own Extra Dry is now made from a blend of Mauzac, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. A soft, delicate mousse and a floral nose with the suggestion of honey, nougat and limes combine to give this wine from the south of France immense appeal. Perfect for any occasion.

Gerard Tremblay Petit Chablis
Chardonnay 2012

Gérard Tremblay and his wife, Helene, oversee a domain that they inherited in a line of five generations, but which they have mostly built themselves. With 80 acres of vines under production, most of them in the best premier cru and grand cru appellations, their list of Chablis is among the most prestigious in the region. Tremblay is known locally as an accomplished wine maker.

Gerard Tremblay Chablis
Chardonnay 2010

This is a 33 hectare domaine that has been in the Tremblay family for 6 generations and the new cellar is one of the most impressive in Chablis and reflects the attention to detail practised in the vineyard and winery by its owner Gerard Tremblay. This 100% Chardonnay comes from vines between 10 and 40 years old. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel and aged in the barrel. The nose and mouth are charmed by honey and white flower flavours, with a very great persistence and length in mouth

Winery: Traditional Beaujolais vinification. Carbonic maceration followed by temperature-controlled fermentation.
Dark red colour, dominant nose of strawberries, raspberries and ripe plums, supple on the palate but with sufficient weight and structure to carry it with food

Chateau La Claymore
Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec 2010

Has the quality of a full St Emilion, rather than a Lussac St Emilion, with subtle oak & really splendid depth of flavour.

Henri Bourgeois Pouilly Fume
Sauvignon Blanc 2011

: A pale golden-green hue. Stylish and pungent nose, expressing green asparagus and greengage fruit, with smoke and minerals in the background. Full, rounded and weighty. Fresh, with lively acidity and a slightly creamy suggestion at the edge. A solid, grippy finish. This would cope well with a couple of years in the cellar.

Domaine Thibert Pere et Fils Macon Fuisse
Chardonnay 2013

Using the same Chardonnay grape and decades of experience Domaine Thibert offer a more affordable white Burgundy with crisp citrus fruit flavours, lightly swathed in smoky oak and the stony character of the region lingers in the aftertaste.
